Our main processing plant is located 97 kilometres north of Melbourne in Seymour, Victoria. Seymour is a major town nestled in the famous Goulburn Valley at the base of the Tallarook ranges. The plant began operation in 1998, servicing both export and domestic markets. It employs more than 150 people and includes a fully integrated beef processing facility with a capacity of approximately 500 head of cattle per day.
The plant also offers a contract processing service. After processing, our premium meat is subject to all-important aging process. This ensures our customers, locally and worldwide, receive the highest possible quality products.
